The Carbon X hood has excellent stretch & recovery properties, excellent shape retention, comfort and odor absorbing qualities. It meets or exceeds current hood requirements of NFPA 1971, Standard on Protective Ensemble for Structural Firefighting. Outer shell and lining are made of carbon and Para-arimid. This model has a standard bib size.
